Jurnal Ilmu Hukum (JIH) was first published electronically as an Open Journal System (OJS) in May 2024, published by CV PUTRA PUBLISHER, with E-ISSN Number XXXX

 

  Since 2024 under the management of CV PUTRA PUBLISHER. This journal uses a journal template and Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) for journal publishing which is continuously refined. The SOP for journal writing will be refined in 2024, in order to improve the quality of journal writing and publication.

 

Jurnal Ilmu Hukum (JIH) is an Open Access Journal (OJS) based journal, which is published periodically once a month, all articles published go through a peer review process through review by the Board of Editors then continue with a peer review process by reviewers or validators

 

The reviewer is tasked with reviewing in detail the relevance of legal documents, theories and the results of previous relevant studies that the author uses to review and analyze.
