Early childhood education (ECED) is the main foundation in the learning process of children aged 0-6 years which determines the development of their intelligence and character. Supervision in ECD has a crucial role to play in ensuring the achievement of optimal learning quality and stage-appropriate child development. This study aims to explore the competencies of supervision in ECD, which include personality, managerial, entrepreneurial, social competencies, and supervision itself. Through good supervision, ECD educators can receive constructive guidance, ongoing feedback and evaluation that can help them improve the quality of teaching and create a more effective and enjoyable learning environment for children. This study will also examine the importance of monitoring and evaluation in the implementation of ECD supervision, as well as its impact on the quality of the learning process and teacher development. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with data collection through questionnaires distributed to teachers and PAUD managers in a particular area. The collected data will be analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques to identify the relationship between supervision competence and the quality of PAUD learning. The results of the study are expected to provide strategic recommendations for the development of a more effective supervision program in supporting the improvement of the quality of early childhood education.
